POLICE JUDO
Police Judo: LETA’s Foundation
A recreational judo-based training program guided by the principle “Take Care of Your Partner.”
OUR FOUNDATION
Judo, Personal Development & Duty of Care
Police Judo operates under the Law Enforcement Training Association. It combines judo with practical training to develop physical literacy, strength, conditioning, self-defence awareness and control skills.
The program welcomes people with a range of backgrounds, including civilians, students, applicants and serving personnel. It remains an important part of LETA alongside the association’s broader professional training programs.
